How we work with you to design your garden

Each garden is individual and every client has his or her own thoughts on their ideal garden and what they want to achieve from a new design.

No two projects are alike and each garden is priced separately depending on the intensity of the design required, the size of the garden, the contours and different levels, etc.

NO FEE is charged for an initial analysis and survey of the garden; this is when a discussion takes place to talk through what you the client may need.   Mariangelo needs to understand exactly how every new client feels about their garden and how they want the new design to fit into their life-style and environment.

• Ground levels and soil tests are carried out.

• The garden will then be measured and a Site Survey drawn to Scale.  At this point fees and payment schedule will be agreed on an individual basis.

• At the next stage a Concept Plan is prepared for discussion and review with the client and changes can be made to ensure the client is 100% happy with the design.

• A Master Plan is then prepared for the final viewing.

• An estimate of construction is prepared and presented to the client.

• Planting Plans can also be prepared, for an additional fee, if the client requires.

• Included in the design fee is continuous liaising between client and contractors to ensure a smooth transformation of your garden.
